In today’s fast-paced world, wellness requires more than physical care—it calls for balance across body, mind, and spirit. Triaxial Yoga integrates principles from Oriental Medicine with classical Yoga practices to support deep, sustainable self-care. Through understanding meridians, acupoints, the Five Element system, and the vital energetic role of the heart, this immersion offers practical tools to restore balance, resilience, emotional clarity, and spiritual grounding. Participants will learn how to harmonize the body’s energetic axes to cultivate lasting vitality and inner steadiness.
